Realtime monitor the run of Gaussian for Scan.

I am doing dihedral scan now. I set up 28 scan step in the process. There is a simple way to check how the work goes.

grep Stationary scan.log | wc -l

Gaussian scan by fixed custom designed dihedral and optimize the rest part. When an optimization is done at certain dihedral value. It will print Stationary point found. So it’s possible to use this simple command to track the job.
